JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for producing and distributing marketing content in line with the company's branding. 


As such, the person will participate in the creation of marketing campaigns including emails, landing pages, videos and will also support events in collaboration with the marketing team.

 

 

MAIN TASKS

  • Content development (written, audio and animation): develop editorial lines for new products. Develop content that is varied, original, engaging, of high quality and adapted to target audiences and media, while respecting the brand's tone and image.

  • Create marketing campaigns on Hubspot. Establish and monitor a marketing communications schedule independently, and measure results.

  • Create landing pages for specific marketing campaigns on Hubspot and produce content for website updates.

  • Participate in the planning of international events mainly in America to promote new products. Support the marketing and sales teams representing ERA at these events.

  • Maintain brand standards and image in all internal and external communications related to new products (documents, website, social media, publications, campaigns, etc.).

  • Monitor news related to the company's mission and share relevant content with the rest of the team. Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends.

  • Participate in the management of marketing plans: monitor performance indicators, follow up on plans, analyze statistics, measure return on investment, produce performance reports and issue optimization recommendations.

  • Other related tasks.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in marketing and lead generation for new IT products (IT management systems).

  • Experience in creating marketing content. 

  • Experience with Hubspot or similar tool.

  • Fluent written and spoken English and French an asset.
